Are you ready to solve your skin problems and learn how skin care really works?
You’ve Tried Everything, But Your Skin Still Doesn’t Feel Right
Let’s be real — skincare shouldn’t feel this hard………
You’ve bought the trending products, watched the tutorials, read the Reddit threads… and somehow, your skin still feels unpredictable, reactive, or just off.
You’re not sure if it’s hormonal, sensitive, dehydrated or all of the above.
And honestly? You’re tired of wasting time, money, and hope.
Maybe you’re thinking:
“Why does everything work for everyone else but not for me?”
“I don’t even know my skin type anymore.”
“I just want someone to tell me what to do without pushing a product.”
You're not alone. So many people feel confused and defeated when it comes to their skin. And that’s exactly why I created this coaching — to replace the guessing game with clarity, support, and a plan that actually fits you.
Great skin isn’t just about products — it’s about the messages your body is sending.
My 1:1 coaching is built on a unique
Skin–Gut–Brain approach
that helps you understand the deeper connection between your skin, your digestion, and your nervous system.
Together, we’ll uncover the why behind your skin struggles — and build a calm, personalized plan that supports your skin from the inside out.
The Skin + Gut + Brain Approach
What Is the Skin–Gut–Brain Approach?
The Skin–Gut–Brain connection is a powerful, science-backed way of understanding how your body’s systems communicate — and how that affects your skin.
Instead of only treating what shows up on the surface (like acne, rosacea, or inflammation), this approach looks deeper at how your gut health, nervous system, and skin barrier are all connected.
Your skin is not separate from the rest of your body — it’s a mirror of what’s happening inside.
Brain: Stress, Hormones & the Nervous System
Stress is not just “in your head” — it changes your hormones, gut function, and skin response. The skin–brain connection is very real.
Example: Chronic stress can spike cortisol, mess with your gut lining, and trigger skin conditions like hormonal acne or inflammation.
In coaching, we explore ways to regulate your nervous system — from mindset work to nervous-system-friendly habits — so your body can actually heal.
Gut: The Root of Inflammation and Detox
Your gut affects how your body processes nutrients, eliminates waste, and manages inflammation — all of which directly impact your skin.
Example: If your digestion is sluggish or your gut microbiome is imbalanced, it can trigger flare-ups like acne, eczema, or perioral dermatitis.
In coaching, we look at your gut health, digestion, and food triggers — and I’ll guide you with small, sustainable shifts that support clear skin from within.
Skin: Your Barrier and First Communicator
Your skin is your largest organ — and your first line of defense. It reflects what’s going on beneath the surface.
Example: You might be using all the “right” products, but if your skin barrier is compromised, it can lead to sensitivity, breakouts, or dryness — even from gentle ingredients.
In coaching, we rebuild the skin’s barrier with the right topical support, tailored to your skin type and condition.

Hi I’m Mela Bejan
Let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I do what I do!
I am a busy mom of twin girls, business owner, advanced skin practitioner and a skin care coach. It’s a lot right? but not when you do what you love.
Since I was 12 years old, I have been interested in skin care products but mainly beauty treatments. I often went with my mom to a beauty salon and I would just sit there and admire the aesthetician do all the skin treatments. That’s when I knew that this is what I want to do. But being an aesthetician wasn’t my only goal…….
As I was growing older at the age of 14 I started developing acne.
For a teenager, its a lot as your looks are the main priority and that’s when the damage began. I couldn’t afford expensive products so I would go to the local pharmacy and buy all the skin care products I could afford and what said acne on it:
salicylic pads exfoliants, charcoal face mask, 3 different types of cleansers
I would use all of them at once and try to scrub the acne off.
Then I started researching and came across all the influencers that were making videos about how to do your own skin care at home! Guys when I tell you, that I tried everything I mean, I tried everything and looking back now, I find it hilarious! I would mix: yoghurt with honey, egg white, honey with cinnamon
I would use it as a face mask and the reaction I got after that was so bad, that my family is still laughing at me to this day.
I then started working so I could afford more expensive skin care, now let me tell you, people will do anything to make a sale. I tried the following brand:
Dior, Chanel, Clinique, etc….
Nothing worked! then I heard that jojoba oil is good so I started using only that and for the first 3 days my skin was calming down but then I started developing cysts on my skin. I have been to many salons, but they couldn’t do much for me as they said I was a teenager and its “ hormonal acne “. I Can’t tell you how much I hate this word knowing what I know now!
I then went to a doctor, my doctor said she could put me on Roaccutane and if you don’t know what it is, I’ll explain.
Roaccutane: is a very strong medication for acne with a lot of side effects one of them was that I would have trouble getting pregnant etc.. when the doctor informed me, I immediately refused it as I wanted to become a mom someday. Roaccutane also has other side effects like depression, extreme skin dryness etc…..
This should not be prescribed because I had few pimples on my face and that’s when I started researching EVERYTHING. I learned that you don’t need a 10 step skincare routine, you don’t need home made products because natural is not always better. I understood how my skin worked, what it needed and why it was doing what it was doing…….. and this motivates me to help you get the skin you always wanted without spending a fortune on skin care products and unnecessary treatments! I am your short cut so you don’t have to do what I did!

I have worked with a lot of clients the past few years and its always one and the same thing that is so extremely miss understood… Some clients use products that make their skin condition worse and some don’t know how to use their skin care products in the right order.
All you have to do before the call is to send an email to Melaestheticsclinic@gmail.com at least 24h before the consultation with the following information:
Explain your current skincare routine, how you use it and in what order, a history of your skin eg. if you took any medication for your skin what medication was it? Did you use any steroids or retinoids? What are you looking to achieve and what is your main concerns? What treatments have you had in the past?
This will give me a better idea of your situation and it will help me prepare for our video call.
For the first 6-12 weeks you will have my support via What’s App where you can ask any questions and get support, after 12 weeks we will have a review.

How long does it take to heal the skin?
Have you ever started a new skincare routine and felt like your skin looked better at first—only to watch it slowly get worse after a couple of months?
This is more common than you think. Many people believe their skin is just “getting used to” the products—but that’s a myth. Your skin is constantly regenerating. In fact, you’re creating new skin cells all the time, meaning you’re essentially working with fresh skin every 4 to 6 weeks.
Damage doesn’t happen overnight—it builds gradually.
It can take 3–4 weeks just to notice minor clogging from a poorly matched routine. Full-blown damage like chronic breakouts, sensitivity, or accelerated aging can take 3 to 12 months to fully develop. Why? Because skin is resilient—it works hard to protect you, even when the products you’re using are doing more harm than good.
In some cases, that resilience means the signs of damage might not show up for years. One day, seemingly out of nowhere, you’re dealing with acne, rosacea, eczema, or deepening lines and wondering what went wrong.
When skincare isn’t supporting your skin’s health, the decline is slow—but steady.
But here’s the good news: healing works the same way.
The first signs of improvement usually show up after 2–3 months on a healthy, supportive routine—roughly two to three full skin cycles. But lasting transformation? That takes six to twelve months or more. Real skin progress is slow and steady—because you’re not just fixing damage, you’re rebuilding skin health.
At Mela Derm, we focus on long-term results.
Our clients often start seeing meaningful, sustained improvement after the 3-month mark. Why? Because the skin is healing and being protected—not just covered up or temporarily soothed. The longer you stay consistent, the better your skin becomes.
So if you see rave reviews after just one week or even one month—don’t be swayed. What truly matters is what someone’s skin looks like after 3, 6, 12, or even 36 months.
Planning for a big event like a wedding, graduation, or photo shoot?
Book your skin reset at least 6–12 months in advance. Great skin takes time—but it’s absolutely worth the wait.
Skin Care Matters, But Why?
Skin care matters! More than you think!
You can do all the:
Professional treatments, have the healthiest diet, take supplements, take extra collagen, “ balance your hormones” what ever that means? heal your “ Leaky gut” exercise regularly but you still flair up?
You wake up and there it is?
Ohh no it must have been something I ate 2 days ago?
Ohh no I have to take more supplements?
Let me see what google will say about this?
Do you want to know the big secret?
Are you ready?
You are missing: SKIN CARE
No not just any skin care not the skin care your favorite influencer is promoting, skin care that is tailored to your skin needs.
You see our skin externally goes through a lot…. pollution, dirt, oils, bacteria, the sun.
If at the end of the day you don’t cleanse your skin to remove all the build up of dead skin cells, oils and make up you will brake out. lf you use a cleanser that is going to strip your skin of its natural oils you will brake out and have irritation and here comes another bomb shell….
STOP being afraid of your natural oil called sebum!
Your skin naturally produces sebum to hydrate and protect your skin.
Stop over exfoliating your skin!
YES! exfoliating is another important step but if you over use the active ingredients it can result in something much bigger than just an occasional clog.
Hydrating your skin is another step that’s so important regardless what skin type you have even oily and acne prone skin needs hydration!
Hydration is extremely important remember dehydrated skin clogs more!
